Job Responsibilities:

* Creates detailed hardscape and softscape plans for a wide variety of site features.
* Consults with clients to understand the vision for a project.
* Plans and directs project schedules and budgets. Works directly with design team members, to include
engineers, designers, land planners and technical staff.
* Interacts directly with clients with direction from Principal. Coordinates with other project consultants,
such as architects,engineers and contractors.
* Monitors projects from initiation through completion. Performs site observation duties. Requires Has
responsibility to plan, coordinate and direct multiple projects.
* Independently performs most assignments with instructions as to the general results expected.

Required skills:
* Knowledge of design principles, building and construction principles and regulations are required.
* Proven experience with creative vision, artistic talent, and strong analytical and communications skills
required.
* 4 + years, use of AutoCAD software, Photoshop, and other rendering software, Microsoft Suite.

Preferred skills:
Licensed Landscape Architect

This position will be located in the Bury+Partners Fairfax, VA office
